The most effective way to lose weight is through a programme of exercise and fitness. There are two key factors to fat loss and weight reduction; a programme of exercise and fitness, and a nutritionally balanced diet. Work within your comfort zone and start off gently. 
Gradually increase your effort over several weeks. 
Ensure that you maintain regular breathing throughout the exercises, try not to hold your breath your muscles require oxygen to work. 
Try to keep strict form with control, not using momentum. Do not undertake any exercise if you are in pain or feeling unwell. If you feel faint or unwell while exercising stop immediately.
